Regional Initial Hygiene Trainer l WLG or CHCH based

Rentokil Initial has an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Trainer to join our National Operations team and support our Hygiene Division. This role, which is based at our Support Office and is crucial to our business success!

The successful candidate can be based out of our Wellington or Christchurch office.

Service is at the very heart of our business and you'll be involved in processes that drive our business to succeed. We operate in highly competitive markets, so a big focus for you will be to:

• Oversee the training and development of frontline staff
• Support the safe and legal operation of our business including our audit process
• Support the regions in the full delivery of high service standards
• Conducting and organising the training and development activities
• Supporting the onboarding, induction and ongoing training processes throughout the Service Technician’s development cycle

• The ability to network and engage with all levels of the organisation
