About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee business operations in our Central region from Manawatu through to the Tararua district and down to Wellington.

In this role you will have the overall responsibility for leading the daily operations of the Central region of around 225 staff with 5 direct reports. It is essential to deliver services both efficiently and within budget. 

You will be responsible for everything from stakeholder relationships, people and performance through to ensuring compliance and quality are adhered to and managing the inventory function for the region.  

This is not a 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday role, some evening work and travel across the region will be required. 

About You:

It goes without saying that you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and developing others.  

Given the region’s vast size, significant revenue goals are anticipated.  Therefore, the role requires a results-driven approach, commercial acumen and have experience managing budgets. 

A strong focus is our clients – you will need to have demonstrated experience in fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty. 

Experience in multi-site operations within the Property Maintenance/Cleaning industry is preferred, however we are open to speaking with people from other service industries who bring relevant skills.
