About the Role:

We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join our business in the role of Regional Manager - Northern.   Based in our Penrose office this role reports to the GM of Energy Solutions and is a unique opportunity to shape the direction and growth of the Northern Region. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of depots across multiple location sites, as well as coaching and mentoring the team and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Proven experience in operations management and/or services/maintenance management 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience building high performance and productivity 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to contribute to a culture of H&S
• Curious, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics
• Demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
