Regional Manager (Southern)

OmniHealth is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team and help develop new initiatives and standardise processes in our general practice network.

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team and focus on our southern practices. This Senior role within OmniHealth's Support Team is essential to meeting the needs of our growing network. You will be pivotal in providing operational and clinical support to our practices, developing new initiatives, and standardising existing processes.

The role also aims to lead by influence, not authority, inspiring others to reach their potential and achieve common goals. Your leadership will ensure that our practices operate at their best, delivering exceptional primary healthcare services to our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the practices in your portfolio to achieve their potential clinically and financially
• Influence the development and implementation of protocols and systems
• Innovate and lead the implementation of new programs and ideas
• Commit to continuous quality improvement
• Maintain excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working closely with people in a team environment
• Stay highly organised, action-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to multi-task
• Primary care experience preferred but not essential

Location and Travel:

The Regional Manager (Southern) role offers flexibility regarding its base location and will involve some travel. While the largest part of our network for this role is in Hawkes Bay, for the right person we are open to candidates based in other locations.
