About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team and focus on our southern practices. This Senior role within OmniHealth's Support Team is essential to meeting the needs of our growing network. You will be pivotal in providing operational and clinical support to our practices, developing new initiatives, and standardising existing processes.
The role also aims to lead by influence, not authority, inspiring others to reach their potential and achieve common goals. Your leadership will ensure that our practices operate at their best, delivering exceptional primary healthcare services to our communities.

Location and Travel:
The Regional Manager (Southern) role offers flexibility regarding its base location and will involve some travel. While the largest part of our network for this role is in Hawkes Bay, for the right person we are open to candidates based in other locations.
