At NZACS, we provide dedicated support and care in our individual Care Homes and Villages. 

We currently have 10 Care homes and 5 Villages, supported by over 500 team members whilst having a continuous focus on future development. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Relationship Development Manager with stakeholder experience who has; 

• A talent for building and growing strong relationships as well as broad regional network across the sector and the community; 
• Skill and knowledge to ensure we deliver an outstanding Residential Care and Rehabilitation model. 
• Excellent numerical, verbal, written and presentation communication skills. 
• Experience working with ACC would be of value 

Ngā Responsibilities Matua | Key Responsibilities

As the Regional Relationship Development Manager, who is adding value to our company, your key responsibilities are:

• Active involvement in external and internal organization and facilitation of residential rehabilitation care and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved;
• Have strong negotiation skills to leverage opportunities and drive business growth;
• Identify residents needs and provide effective solutions;
• Implement and maintain up-to-date records of interactions and processes. 
• Implement and oversee safety standards in the working environment;

• Censure resident care and transition from start to finish  is delivered to an exceptional standard;
• Actively assess risks and implement or amend new internal policies.
