That's why we make and keep four promises to our advisers; save you time, keep you safe, help you find and keep clients, and grow your business. Key responsibilities - Develop and Grow Adviser Businesses: Build and manage relationships with advisers. Support advisers with training and mastery of tools, resources and best practice. Communicate the Loan Market message and vision to our advisers · Work with advisers to identify their business goals and develop business plans Identify learning needs and develop brokers on the Loan Market way and L&D program. Facilitate and embed learning through collaboration and peer to peer learning that supports sharing of ideas and best practice. Add value through business structure and process reviews and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate meetings for advisers, managing the associated venue, attendance and engagement of external speakers. Point of contact for advisers Assist advisers with leveraging and maximising opportunities to provide a more comprehensive service to their clients i.e. Kiwisaver, Fire & General, Asset Finance, Ray White and Life Insurance. Communicate activities/conferences/initiatives and encourage participation · Regular presentations and updates to the network in person and via webinars . Adviser Recruitment and Onboarding: Onboard new advisers and provide a high level of support during the first six months. Create, build and maintain an ongoing relationship with individuals in our industry. Create and manage a recruitment prospect list (talent pipeline) · Assist in the recruitment of advisers by being involved in the recruitment process with other team members. Communicate our value proposition to a prospective recruit, using the Loan Market tools and processes available. Point of contact for the new adviser to support questions and concerns as they are on-boarded into the business. Drive recruitment initiatives including organising, attending and presenting recruitment events. Integration of Loan Market and Ray White: Build the relationship with Ray White corporate team to work collaboratively on two way engagement of LM and RW franchisee's. Identify and facilitate opportunities for interested advisers to partner with a Ray White business. Maintain ongoing relationships with Ray White franchisee's to educate them on the benefits of partnering with a Loan Market Adviser. Educate advisers on the benefits of partnering with Ray White, providing support and training as required. Conduct lead generation training sessions, spearhead initiatives to improve collaboration. Presentations on Loan Market and updates on finance at Ray White events. Risk and Compliance: Ensure Advisers comply with their obligations under the relevant legislation and regulations. Communicate file review outcomes and support advisers to implement recommendations. Demonstrate a strong risk, compliance, and conduct culture. Third Party Relationship Management: Support the set up and management of third party relationships that add value to the Loan Market network.
