ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving our talent strategy, ensuring a steady stream of teachers and support staff to fill vital roles and support the growth and success of our organization. Your role will encompass everything from developing recruitment and succession plans to fostering strong employer branding and utilizing cutting-edge technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with our objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and enhance candidate experiences.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Drive marketing campaigns to enhance talent attraction and engagement.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to identify and address areas for improvement to refine and implement recruitment strategies.
• Build and manage talent pools for every campus.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions and recruitment strategies.
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and Teaching teams for seamless onboarding.

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience in talent/recruitment, ideally with a mix of internal and agency experience.
• You will have a high impact attitude to Recruitment, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• You are a natural people person, being able to engage and interact with stakeholders at all levels to strategically source the ideal candidate for various roles.
• Have had previous exposure to developing strategic initiatives for an internal recruitment function, with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
• Proficiency in technology solutions and recruitment tools.
• In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes including adaptability, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
• Experience recruiting in the Education sector would be advantageous.
