An exciting opportunity has presented for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in Community Mental Health and Addictions service in Napier.

Community Mental Health & Addiction Services North (Napier) are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

Experience and passion for working alongside people with Mental Health and Addictions issues.

A practitioner that advocates for their patients and works with a recovery-based model.

Passion and drive to make a difference.

Promote positive mental health promotion and improve outcomes for people with Mental Health and Addictions issues.

Show initiative with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Excellent clinical skills.

Willingness to contribute to the on-going development of the service.

Able to work in a supportive multidisciplinary team and work autonomously.

Excellent assessment and intervention skills to work effectively with people and their families.

Effective communication skills

Well-developed time management skills

Cultural awareness that is incorporated into your practice.

Current New Zealand Registration

Full driver's licence

You will play a vital role in the delivery of care to people who experience moderate to severe to mental health issues in the community.
