About the Role: Goodwood Seadrome Limited, an established dementia unit and private hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse. With a focus on person-centered care, family/whānau, and cultural responsiveness, the role involves making a positive impact on residents’ quality of life.

Duties:

• Manage a care team for high-quality, person-first care
• Prepare care plans and assessments using the interRAI system
• Ensure safe medication administration (using Medimap) and best practice wound care
• Engage in client reviews with the Team, DHB, and other providers
• Adhere to legislative requirements and quality guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered with the Nursing Council
• Experience in aged care sector preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to work collaboratively and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration: Remuneration is experience-dependent, starting at $29 per hour for entry-level RNs and increasing with experience and qualifications, up to $39 per hour.
