Registered Nurse (Hospital Level Care Unit)Ross Home, DunedinThe RoleAt Enliven, we create elder-centered communities where older people have companionship, meaningful activity, purpose, and fun in their lives. As a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Support Otago, you will lead a shift of Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare to residents in a way that promotes independence and quality of life.You will develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care as well as perform general nursing functions. You will need sound nursing knowledge including an awareness of legislation. You will have the ability to make clinical decisions that are in the best interests of the residents' well-being and safety. Your relationships with residents and families will be built on trust, respect, and value for the contribution they make to the home.Hours: This is a permanent part time position; 7.75hrs/day to be worked 1500-2315hrs as rostered 2 on 4 off.
