Relationship Manager - with Great Benefits

NZ Welding, Trades and Services, Solomon Group and Treehouse are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the CEO to grow and expand Workplace Communication services and industry training to employers and their staff across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities:

• Growing existing business partnerships.
• Identifying new business and community fundraising opportunities.
• Working with the CEO to strategically develop and implement new business partnership plan.
• The successful candidate would have the following attributes:  
• Strong relationship management skills with a wide range of stakeholders
• Previous experience building new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently while working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver strong and agreed results
• Confidence to build new relationships
• Excellent communication skills - you will be meeting new people and presenting to different groups
• Attention to detail - this will include written proposals, impact reporting and writing to connect with different individuals and groups 
• Clean Police Check.
