Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Appian Developers to help us to design, develop, and implement Business Process Management solutions. In this role you will provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Appian platforms, delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of BPM applications using Appian.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support business systems integration, data migration, and information management initiatives.
Participate in infrastructure design, security compliance, and risk assessments.
Draft delivery products and contribute to proposal development and client workshops.
Build expertise in Appian and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian development and hold Appian certifications
Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong ability to understand client needs, solve complex problems, and deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
Experience with agile delivery model
