Job Description - Business Insurance Sales Consultant - New Zealand

So what? We are on the hunt for a sales champion to join the fun, supportive and immersive sales department and drive business insurance sales for the company! You will be responsible for:
Following up WARM leads from potential clients who have registered on our website. Progression to take inbound enquiries
Using the skills and knowledge gained from your training of BizCover’s business insurance products to ensure that the customers are getting the right cover for their business
Maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with BizCover (whether they become a customer or not)
Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met
Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components
Ideally a background in sales in a phone-based environment, but not essential
Preferably, experienced in commercial insurance or other insurance products, but not essential
Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and maintain rapport is a must.
Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work from home opportunity in New Zealand
$55,000 to 60,000 base + uncapped Commission, our consultants regularly earn between $100k and $125k per year
