Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is responsible for closing inbound leads, proactively reaching out to new business prospects, and expanding sales of existing products within the current client base. This role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and completing the sales process. You will have access to advanced sales tools and will be part of a worldclass, collaborative Sales team, that is growing rapidly. 


 


Required Skills & Experience 



  • Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment Experience working with a sales system such as HubSpot, desirable Time management and prioritization skills 

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills 

  • Have a hunter mentality, looking to maximise opportunities with a creative mindset 

  • Experience in the HR and payroll space is a bonus 

  • Proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills 

  • Effective work organisation skills with an ability to manage a wide variety of tasks Ability to work as part of a team but also be self-directed and self-motivated 

  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
