Sponsorship Systems Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused coordinator to manage sponsorship systems and data for World Vision NZ. You'll work with global teams to ensure the seamless delivery of child data and media for our supporters, including during inspiring Chosen events. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical, planning and communication skills to create a real difference in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational delivery of Chosen sponsorship events


• Manage data uploads, media processing and safeguard standards


• Maintain and improve systems that support automated supporter journeys


• Liaise with global Field Offices to ensure timely, high-quality data and media


• Triage and resolve sponsorship data/system issues


• Support team projects and process improvements

About you:   

• Experience managing data uploads, CRM systems or service desk operations


• Excellent organisation and coordination skills – ideally with event or campaign planning


• Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and process


• Comfortable working cross-culturally and communicating with international partners


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to service


• Desirable: experience with marketing automation or supporter journeys


• Current eligibility to work in New Zealand

Location and Hours  

• Based in Penrose, Auckland


• Full-time, Permanent position. 37.5hrs per week.
