The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a ReplenishmentPlanner to join our dedicated Supply Chain team. Reporting to our SupplyPlanning Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising inventory levels,managing order processes and ensuring product availability to meet customerdemand.

In this role you’ll lead replenishment planning efforts, analysemarket trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamlineprocesses and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chainoperations. You’ll also be engaging withexternal partners on a regular basis, including suppliers and 3PL/4PL partners.

The Fit

To be successful inthis role you’ll need to have customer satisfaction at the forefront ofeverything you do. You’ll haveexperience in supporting accurate inventory and order management to minimisethe risk of overstocking or stockouts. Inaddition, you’ll also have:

• Strong attention todetail and organisational skills
• Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
• Relevantqualification in supply chain management, business or a related field
• Proven experience ininventory planning, demand forecasting or related roles
• Proficiency in supplychain management software and tools
• Knowledge ofinventory control, replenishment techniques and supply chain best practices.
