Reports & Data Administrator

New Territory is currently seeking a part-time Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Reports & Data Administrator, you will work within our Growth & Marketing team to collect, analyse, and report on key performance metrics for our clients' projects. This entry-level position will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, supporting the team's efforts to drive growth and improve customer experiences and overall revenue. You will be working across a diverse portfolio of clients from, fashion, furniture, luxury goods, property developers, real estate agents and even other design studios, this is a great opportunity to get experience across DTC andB2B.

This role would be perfect for someone studying and looking to gain experience within the Marketingindustry.

Location

We are based in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand. This position must be completed on site, with some occasional work from homeoptions.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and report on key performance metrics for client projects, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data for weekly and monthlyreporting.

Maintain and update data tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-dateinformation.

Prepare data reports for the Growth team, highlighting insights and recommendations forimprovement.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement data-driven marketingstrategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis andreporting.

Work across other aspects and activities within our Growth and Digital Marketingteam.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and attention todetail.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.(Preferred)

Familiarity with marketing and sales data, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data.(Preferred)

Basic understanding of data visualisation tools and techniques.(Preferred)

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data tracking tools.(Preferred)

Studying or recently studied Marketing, or similar.
