The Information Services team provides timely, efficient, and reliable information to the rest of MFAT - not only in New Zealand but throughout the world. We do this through sharing online publications, providing media summaries and undertaking various other research activities as requested. We are looking for proactive and inquisitive Research Librarian to join our team and further our work.

The salary range for this role is between $70,784 - $90,446 total remuneration.The total remuneration is inclusive of our 3% employer contribution.
This is a varied, engaging, and dynamic role that will suit someone who has experience working in government, corporate or legal libraries. The role will be of significant interest to someone who has a passion for foreign affairs.
To be successful in this role you will.
Ideally you will also have a good understanding of tikanga (Māori customs and protocols), with the ability to weave te ao Māori (the Māori worldview) into your work.
