Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role

Come aboard our vibrant team in a full-time position, ideal for those passionate about assisting others in achieving success.

We seek a full-time employee for our Women's Level 4 Residential Home, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Additionally, we're hiring for a part-time role at our Planned Adult Respite facility, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is also a Friday and Saturday Medication Support shift available.

What We're Looking For: 

• Minimum L4 Mental Health & Wellbeing qualification or equivalent (commencing study within six months of employment). 
• Full, clean, and current New Zealand driver's license. 
• Desirable but not essential: experience in Mental Health Support. 
• A positive "can-do" attitude. 
• Strong personal and professional boundaries. 
• Caring and supportive demeanour. 
• Knowledge of and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
