Retail Administrator

Our client is synonymous within the industry for their expertise in high end luxury jewellery. Their team is comprised of qualified jewellers, designers, watchmakers, engravers, gem setters, pearl re-threaders, and valuers.They have a well-established client base and work closely with their clientele to create bespoke pieces.

About the Role:
We are on the hunt for an experienced, high energy Retail Administrator to join our clients iconic bespoke design jewellery store. The hours are flexible, team is awesome and products simply stunning.

As a Retail Administrator, you will provide support to the store operations through your excellent administration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Effective invoice reconciliation, check and investigate prices.
• Follow up missing invoices/incomplete information.
• Preparing reports for Directors
• Reconcile invoices.
• Banking
• Produce periodic reports.
• Answer store phone, monitor store emails and order stationery.
• Assist in collating employment packs for new staff.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role preferably retail
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Desire to learn and progress within the business.
