Retail Assistant Café (Casual)- Palmerston North Hospital

About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for multiple enthusiastic  Casual Retail Assistants to work at  Palmerston North Hospital Café . Hours as and when required.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• basic food preparation (sandwich/roll maker)
• providing great front of house customer service
• using the epos till
• at times help make consistently outstanding coffee
• be responsible for making sure that the area in which you work is clean at all times.

To be considered for this role you will have to:

• Be hard working and reliable, with a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude and well as being well presented.
• Have excellent communication skills with a fluent command of English.
• Ideally, have some experience working in a similar position and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167).
• Have a passion for great customer service and quality.
