He aha te tūranga - About the role: 

Oversee the smooth running of our Huapai Retail Store 9:30 - 2:30 on Sunday, working 4.5 hours each week. Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week, if required.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shop’s revenue targets
• Sorting donations and restocking shelves
• Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
• Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
• Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
• Leading and motivating volunteers

Ko wai koe - About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
• Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
• Customer focused with a "can-do" attitude
• Organised with an eye for detail
• Great interpersonal skills
