Retail Commercial Manager

AGI Australasia Ltd is a Sporting Goods & Outdoor Distributor, who lead and manage 4 brands across Australia & New Zealand, including Under Armour, Keen Footwear, Hey Dude and Cariuma.

We have a fantastic opportunity for and experienced Retail Commercial Manager, to “lead” and “own” our Retail department of 9 stores and growing, from a commercial perspective, overseeing the revenue planning, inventory health, buying and GP health.  

We are after a rockstar commercial retailer planner who has a high level of retail commercial acumen, who is a leader and who “knows” retail. We want this person to make it their own, therefore you must be a problem solver and you MUST be able to BUILD new ideas. You must bring a point of view as to the direction of our retail commercials and what it will take to get there.

You must have a Planner or Commercial background at a Support Office level, ideally in the Apparel and Footwear industry.

Your essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the retail commercial plan, including the revenue and promotional plans
• Manage the retail inventory in accordance too our commercial plans
• Grow our GP… every season
• Support our Merch Planner to build the seasonal ranges
• Manage the retail markdown process
• Manage the model stock / replen process
• Align with Merch & Marketing for our Brand House plans
• Work alongside the National Retail Manager to deliver the retail plans to our store teams
