Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years experience in sales or retail - preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Chemical Handlers Certificate essential - training provided
• Experience with systems and procedures, to manage the sales process
• Experience with Inventory systems - have managed large complex stock levels.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Desirable Qualifications - Forklift License (OSH) First Aid Certificate Experience with Infusion Software is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• The Retail Manager will be the face of our retail section.
• The role is a fulltime, salaried position - hours normally 8am to 5pm.
• The role is a Senior position and will work with our Management Team.
• Positive and professional customer interactions.
• Finding solutions for our clients
• Managing a significant inventory - stock control and optimisation.
• Managing relationships with suppliers
• Day to day running of the retail operation.
