Qualifications & experience
- 5+ years experience in sales or retail - preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Chemical Handlers Certificate essential - training provided
- Experience with systems and procedures, to manage the sales process
- Experience with Inventory systems - have managed large complex stock levels.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desirable Qualifications - Forklift License (OSH) First Aid Certificate Experience with Infusion Software is an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- The Retail Manager will be the face of our retail section.
- The role is a fulltime, salaried position - hours normally 8am to 5pm.
- The role is a Senior position and will work with our Management Team.
- Positive and professional customer interactions.
- Finding solutions for our clients
- Managing a significant inventory - stock control and optimisation.
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Day to day running of the retail operation.
