Retail Operations Specialist

The Retail Operations Specialist (ROS) is responsible for the engagement, education, planning, developing and deployment of new solutions to member stores.

About the role

Part of the Retail Operations Support Team and based predominantly in stores, the ROS will support instore operational activities, identifying improvements across the business & ensure agile projects are scoped and implemented with appropriate change management activities.

You’ll also:

·Collaborate with multiple business units providing store support services and lead initiatives across the Retail Operations space.

·Own specific retail focus areas to influence develop and support the team and stores, becoming a subject matter expert across the business.

About you

The role requires an agile work ethic to meet the ever-changing needs of stores. It is pivotal in to support stores and the delivery of processes using and championing SAP and other tools so knowledge of these are a must have.

A strong communicator with the ability to coach and influence, to be successful in this role you’ll have:

·Intermediate to advanced level of SAP, Excel and other analytical skills

·Knowledge or experience in store and with in store systems would be advantageous

·A curious mind with the ability to think outside the box and find solutions

·A deadline focussed mindset

·The ability to work autonomously
