About the role

As a Retail Store Team Member at Manawa Bay, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience

• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar

• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge

• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We are looking for individuals who:Love Lindt Chocolate!

• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment

• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate

• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience

• Previous barista experience desirable

• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends
