Room Attendant Responsibilities

• Service and clean allocated guest rooms and public areas to a high standard


• Ensure guest expectations are met with an eye for detail and consistency


• Communicate effectively with the team


• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift


• Work rostered shifts, including weekends, as required

Food & Beverage Attendant Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in the restaurant and bar


• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally


• Assist with conference room set-ups and servicing


• Deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm


• Maintain high presentation and grooming standards


• Be reliable, punctual, and a team player


• Experience is helpful, but not required — we can teach you everything you need!
