What you’ll be doing

• Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard


• Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure guest expectations are exceeded


• Working collaboratively with other team members and communicating effectively


• Delivering warm, friendly guest interactions and answering questions with a smile


• Being proactive and adaptable to meet the needs of a busy hotel environment

What we’re looking for

• High standards of cleanliness and an eye for detail


• A team player with a friendly, approachable personality


• Ability to interact comfortably and positively with guests


• Flexibility and reliability, especially during peak periods


• Valid working rights in New Zealand


• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
