About the Role Available
We currently have a Rope Access Technician position available, based in Auckland.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, duties include:
- Bridge inspection and maintenance off rope.
- Lighting and Communication tower inspections and maintenance off rope.
- Signage installation.
- Service and install of Building Maintenance Units (BMU's).
- Install and service abseil systems, rooftop walkways and handrails.
- Install ladder and Fall Arrest systems.
- Light duty construction.
- Service winches for the fire service.
- Collation of detailed reports
- Other related duties as required.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work: 40hrs per week
Hourly Rate of Pay: Minimum $30 per hour to Maximum $35 per hour.
What We Are Looking For
- Rope Access Certification (IRATA L1, L2 or L3 OR NZ Rope NZQA L4) is essential.
- Driver’s license is required.
- Ideally, one year of experience in a Construction Trade is preferred.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with teammates, employer, and clients.
- An awareness of health and safety requirements is necessary.
Training will be provided.
Pay varies with level of experience.
