Roster Coordinator

We're looking for a Roster Coordinator to join our Auckland-based team on a 6-month, fixed-term contract.  This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll balance operational requirements with the needs of our people to ensure effective service delivery.

This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Initial training will be office-based, with the flexibility to work a mix of home and office days once you're fully trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day rostering process, helping ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to support our frontline services.
• Maintain accurate databases for daily rosters 
• Manage weekly rosters and leave requests
• Support workforce planning across a busy 24/7 operation

Ko wai koe - About you:

• An unflappable nature and resilience
• Ideally some experience in rostering
• Strong MS Office skills - Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in a customer service-related role
• Ability to work with systems and processes
• Take pride and care in your work showing strong accuracy
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
