Being part of their team will open great opportunities for you!Location / ShiftMabalacat Office, Night ShiftNOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this positionJob DescriptionAs a Sales Admin, you will have to perform general administrative duties as required . You will do phone answering/receptionist, you will also be adding sale sman F2F visit noted to Dynamics. Warranty forms set up, collection, submission ( TruNorth , AUSA) are also part of your tasks. You will also book hotels and floghts and add new Conquest machine folders, making sure the unit is set up in Dynamics.Key responsibilities for Sales:? Sending sales team weekly featured units? Sending sales team weekly needs attention units.? BatchGeo maps updated? Creating, sending sales agreements? Adding sales to sales order summary? Getting extra info from Sales person for a sale (ie. Tax id number)? Adding/updating contacts in Dynamics? Weekly KPIs into Smartsheet? Monthly KPI Inquiry Avenues SmartsheetMarketing Tasks:? Sending new listings and reduced priced listings to Marketing every 2 weeks.? Listing equipment online (New Equipment Checklist? Listing Broker Equipment System? Listing On CE Website System)? Checking on Fast Field Forms folders and shared folder with Brendon for photos? Following up with coworkers on info needed (our own equipment and broker)? Researching additional manufacturing info needed on broker pieces (typically YOM)? Adding new folders for equipment photos, and moving folders when items sold? Editing, resizing photos? Uploading to each site, and removing when sold? Staying on top of updates from Smartsheet Equipment List (MLS, Conquest Website, Equipment List, any other sites)? Quarterly review of online platforms to ensure everything's up to date.? Featured MLS pieces.? Iron Connect pieces.? Keeping up 30 pieces ea on 2 Kijiji accounts.? Setting up new online platforms? Website exchange rate updatesInternal Support Responsibilities? Provide high level administrative support to specific manager? Assist with various administration tasks from any sales team member or department involved in the sales processQualifications? 1 Year working experience.? Proficient in English? Highly proficient computer skills? Knowledge of sales and its general process? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information?
