Job Description : As a Sales Administrator based in Parnell, Auckland, you will play a crucial role in the success of their sales team.Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Some key tasks include :Handling incoming sales inquiries via phone and email with a warm and customer-centric approach.Assisting the sales team with diary management, meeting bookings, attending showroom presentations and notes taking.Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.Managing and updating customer databases to keep records organized and up-to-date.Preparing proposals and order processing to support the team in achieving sales targets. Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to our valued clients.Providing general administrative support, including organising catering and booking flights, and office organization. Requirements : To excel in this role, you should have :Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (industry experience preferred but not mandatory).Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and ERP software would be desirableAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, meeting organisation and making travel bookings.A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
