As a team of 60+ employees across the nation, the Barrett Group are equipped with the right expertise and personnel to continue to operate and grow our operations for many years to come. With over 1000 completed builds, we have a world class system for every project from concept to completion – be it a House and Land Package or Design and Build.We're on the hunt for a Sales and Clients Liaison Super Star to join our ranks in our Northland Branch. If you possess the naturally ability to bond with people, have a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail, this role is tailor-made for you! Based in our Whangarei branch, and reporting to the Northland Area Manager, you will be joining a talented and fast-growing team and have an opportunity to play a core role in Barrett Homes' continued success. This hybrid role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients during the pre-construction phase.Key Responsibilities:Sales: Work with potential clients on finding the perfect house and land package or design and build to suit their needs and get them to contract stage (Commission – woohoo)Availability: Applicant will work and man showhome and be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of their 5-day work week.Contracts: Work with our legal team to construct legal agreements and contracts.Specification Build Sheets: Construct detailed specification build sheets based on contracts and packages.Design Consultant: Work closely with clients, helping them choose interior colours and selections – turning their spaces into personalised sanctuaries.Product and Material Consultation: Inquire about products and materials to align with clients' needs and preferences.Documentation and Communication: Circulate changes efficiently among internal and external departments to maintain transparency and coordination.Qualifications and Skills:Sales Experience: Proven knowledge and experience working in sales (residential construction experience not essential but beneficial).Interior Knowledge: A solid understanding of interior design principles.Multi-Tasking Orientation: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently.Exceptional Time Management: Proven skills in managing schedules and meeting deadlines.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
