Responsibilities and expectations:Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, building rapport and addressing queriesprofessionally.Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring satisfactionIdentify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with existing customersActively promote CropX products and services to acquire new customers and expand the customer baseMeet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growthProcess orders, returns, invoices, and account balances efficientlyDevelop comprehensive product knowledge and effectively coach customers on leveraging the CropX platformAdvocate for customer needs and contribute insights to drive product and service improvementsProviding hands-on support and training in the field and at customer sitesRequirementsAgricultural background - mustMinimum 3 years' experience in a customer service and/or sales settingProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accountsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word).
