At Link, we are in the business of storytelling, memory keeping, and moment sharing with two successful jewellery brands – Evolve Inspired Jewelley and Stow Lockets.

We are looking for a Sales and Merchandising professional to proactively support our retail stockists to promote and sell our brands.

To win this role, you must be passionate about sales and enjoy networking and love travel. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident, flexible, customer focused and personable with excellent communication skills, someone who can provide outstanding sales support through all facets of the business.

You will be based in Tauranga between call cycles.

What you are going to be doing: 

• Visiting stores within New Zealand– and possibly Australia
• Sales, promoting ranges, introducing new products and taking orders 
• Merchandising in line with brand standards
• Assisting Marketing to help grow sales & brand profile 
• Assisting with growing new and existing sales channels
• Customer service and relationship building
• Sales administration, managing time and customer/retailer requests effectively 
• Contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing and sales initiatives
• Providing in-store training
• Reporting 

These are the main attributes that you will need to succeed: 

• Have the ability to travel frequently and enjoy being on the road. You will have travelled a fair amount of NZ and be comfortable driving long distance.
• Have proven customer service/sales experience-minimum of 2 years
• Be experienced in the use of Microsoft products; Outlook, Excel, Word
• Be highly organised with a 'get things done' attitude
• Be a team player, flexible and approachable
• Full, clean New Zealand Drivers Licence
