The Role:

This role could be either part or full time, so may suit someone who has just finished or is about to complete their studies.

As a Sales and Operations Cadet/Graduate, you will:

• Assist in Sales: Work closely with our Business Development Manager and sales team to develop and maintain client relationships. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and support the sales process.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. Learn the ins and outs of our administration process, project management, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Marketing and Promotion: Support our marketing efforts by helping to create promotional materials and engaging with potential clients through various channels.
• Career Growth: For the right person this role is designed as a stepping stone to a full-time sales position.

• A tertiary qualification is not a prerequisite but this role could suit a recent design, marketing or business graduate or even someone with a strong interest in sales and operations.
• Or maybe you are an awesome administrator or marketing assistant with sales aspirations?
