Our team is friendly, welcoming, and diverse.About your new role:Working as part of our high performing Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a great level of customer service, answering queries, identifying solutions and providing information of a technical nature. This is a busy, ever evolving role therefore you need to be confident working under pressure and be solution focused.Preparing sales quotes will form a key part of your role along with arranging freight and supporting our wider sales team. We are after a proactive person who recognises the importance of delivering an excellent level of service while enhancing the customer experience.What will you bring?Solid experience in customer service or administrationProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products and MYOBAn aptitude for technical information - ideally you can read basic technical drawings and site plansA real talent for quickly building rapport and trust with customersStrong problem-solving skills and be detail orientatedA natural ability to work as part of a team and enjoy having fun at work!Loads of initiative and the confidence to work independentlyDon't miss this exceptional opportunity!
