About the Role:
Develop your Real Estate career – learn from the ground up! Great opportunity for a self driven and highly motivated people person to learn the ropes in the New Residential Home market. Initially this is a support level role, assisting New Home Consultants, managing Open Homes, administration, customer liaison and learning on the job will see you quickly move up the career ladder with established quality brand! Could suit a someone already in Real Estate, looking for a progressive role.
About You:
- Ideally this role will suit someone with Real Estate industry experience or who is in the role at the moment but perhaps wanting more security and development.
- Some sales or business development – understanding of the sales journey
- A ‘high energy’ driven sales personality will be essential.
- Strong verbal communication.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and to maintain quality relationships.
- Able to work unsupervised within a highly autonomous environment.
- The ideal candidate will likely live in the territory of North/West Auckland – as this is where the show-homes are located.
- Base salary to $70,000. No commission structure included with this role.
Essential: Applicants need to have a right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa and be currently present in the Country.
