Sales Associate to High Performing Salesperson

One of our top-performing salespeople is on the hunt for a full time Sales Associate to join their busy team. 

We are looking for an energetic, licensed salesperson with industry experience who can take initiative, comfortably communicate with clients and deliver a top tier service alongside our top performer - this is an opportunity to join a successful team in an epic office.

This is a varied role that will include but is not limited to:

• Preparation of market appraisals and submissions
• Buyer appointments
• Management of listing and sales documentation
• Dealing with incoming emails 
• Client care with vendors, purchasers, and prospective clients
• Maintaining databases and their growth
• Managing advertising and marketing
• Maintaining agents profiling on a range of online channels
• Assisting with daily administration duties
• Open Homes
• Prospecting 

Essential skills and attributes include:

• Experience in the Real Estate industry | currently level 4 or 5 licensed 
• Excellent customer service | people skill 
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Experienced in working and delivering to tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task 
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Be social media savvy
• An eye for detail and following policy & procedures 
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently 
   

The successful candidate will have current industry experience and a great reputation for customer care. They will be flexible in their day and adaptable to learning new skills and new ways where needed. They will be happy in a fast-paced environment ensuring the smooth transactions. 

This role is suitable for someone who is either new to the industry with some experience and looking for growth in a team environment, or is looking to step back from selling on their own and join forces.
