Strong sales experience, preferably in a role phone based environment where you are able to leverage your extensive knowledge and sales experience to support the development of the sales methodology and its application across sales interactions Experience coaching or leading multi-channel teams an advantage with the ability to guide people towards achieving their full potential and driving sales success Awareness of Agile or Adaptive working frameworks an advantage Ability to display empathy, active listening skills, opening questioning and being non-judgmental and collaborative Clear communication skills - you have the ability to communicate complex matters in a simple way Skilled in facilitating diverse groups of people to achieve outcomes that enhance business performance and build capability Mercury offers (full benefits are listed on our Career Page):
