Our Client is a leading Global Technology Company who provide software to Law Firms. As a globally renowned software, the platform was launched in New Zealand several years ago and the business has acquired multiple competitor software companies since, resulting in an extremely fast growing NZ client base and endless opportunities for continued market success.
Working alongside an International team of passionate high achievers this role involves pure new business development - training can be provided in sales processes however to be successful, you will be ambitious, goal oriented and have a genuine interest in applying your knowledge of Law Practice operations to a new and exciting career path.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities through cold calling and leads generated through marketing campaigns and events
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospect clients
- Maintaining a solid pipeline of prospects
- Converting prospects into demonstration bookings
- Mastering and confidently demonstrating the benefits of the software to prospects either online or in person (demos booked either independently or by appointment setters)
- Negotiating to a win / win outcome with prospect clients
- Ensuring all communication within opportunity pipeline is effective and moves to a close
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and KPI's using Salesforce
- Participating in sales conferences, roadshows and events
To be considered for this top opportunity you will be a passionate and self-driven professional who has worked in a legal practice either as a Paralegal or Practice Manager (or simliar). You will have a natural flair for interacting with all levels of people and good knowledge of Legal Practice software. If you have these attributes and a genuine interest in changing career direction then this could be your dream role!
Remuneration includes base salary of $90-$100K + KiwiSaver+ $8K car allowance + commissions (OTE commission on top of base is $50K-$70K which is most definitely achievable and is uncapped).
Please note own car and drivers license is essential.
