 Fixed-term contract - 4 days a week (will include weekends)

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation to launch and sell down 57 brand new Living Well Apartments at our Mayfair community.

As Sales Consultant, you will, in conjunction with our Sales manager, have responsibility for the end-to-end sales process of our Living Well Apartments (and from time to time villas)

This will include jointly managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village. 

We will launch the new Living Well Apartments in June with the objective of working with our already strong VIP database to secure presales at the community. The role will also have a strong ability to connect with various local community clubs and organisations to promote the new community and grow our database

As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Sales Manager and Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.
