Sales Consultant - Household Removals - Professional Development Opportunities

Conroy Removals is a leading supplier of household removal services with branches throughout New Zealand and Australia. We're all about people and we've got a huge amount of passion helping our clients wherever they may be moving.

We have an opportunity at our head office in Napier for a person with experience in domestic and international household removals to join our team. This is predominately an office-based role, with back up support required from time to time to assist our external sales consultant.

  Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling high volume internal sales leads.
• Pricing and presentation of estimates and quotations to prospective clients.
• Following up on estimates and quotations.
• Nurturing prospective clients through the stages of the customer journey.
• Sales support to our nationwide external sales consultants.
• Back up external sales with scheduling and conducting of live video and onsite pre-removal surveys.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

• Sales experience in domestic and international household removals
• Have the ability to just roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Working smart and hard is in our DNA.
• Be a great communicator

Days of work are Monday-Friday, and rostered Saturday mornings (8am-12pm)
