We are looking for a fantastic full time sales-person to join our team at our La-Z-Boy showroom at in Bethlehem, Tauranga.

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
• Achieving high sales results and working to a sales target.
• Maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, moving furniture, VM & cleaning required.

• You will be selling to customers from all walks of life so you will be able to demonstrate great selling techniques in the interview. Do your research!
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
• The ability to work well within a high-end retail environment.
• Being self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• The ability to interpret KPIs and coach staff to achieve the results required.
• Previous retail experience.
• An understanding of what behaviours it takes to be a successful salesperson.
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
• Positivity and a can-do attitude at all times.
