About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join the New Zealand team based in our head office in Tauranga.  You will support our New Zealand, and overseas Sales team with day-to-day sales activities. You will also work closely with our marketing and head office staff to design processes for our overseas sales coordinator's to implement. You will need to be technology savvy, a natural problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the daily operation of the team, improve customer experience and help champion the processes of our sales coordinators globally. 

Duties

This is a varied role, and no two days will be the same. Some areas of responsibility include:

  • Helping our Sales Team deliver a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
  • Coordinate sales orders with the production team and organize deliveries and dispatch with our Warehousing team.
  • Attend production planning meetings and communicate the status of orders with customers and the rest of the Sales Team.
  • Order administration: generating sales orders & invoices, contacting customers regarding payments, and following up on aged balances.
  • Inputting data into our CRM system and championing the use of this.
  • Operating our webchat app and assisting with customer queries.
  • Guiding our dealer network and customers on how to effectively use our systems. 
  • Occasional training of overseas sales coordinators.
  • General team administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Be proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of organisational capability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • High IT Competence including Microsoft Suite and ability to pick up new system quickly.
  • Experience and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Confidence and ability to lead and train others. 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships.
