We have a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and driven Sales Coordinator to join our clients' team based in Henderson, West Auckland. You would be part of a growing, kiwi-founded manufacturing business - that is making waves in innovation, facilitating community improvement projects and eco-design.
This role will see you be a key part of the sales team helping to coordinate and support the sales team pre and post sales.
- Provide a key link between sales and the best of the business.
- Tracking of orders, invoices, and documentation.
- Upkeep and utilisation of ERP for sales.
- Customer Liaison - supporting with any post-sale services, contracts, and enquiries.
- Data entry and upkeep.
This is a primarily in-office sales role, supporting the sales team. Strong relationship-building skills will be a key to success in this role.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can take initiative and bring real value to a great team. This is a key role for the business and there are opportunities to learn and develop your sales knowledge and skills. Attention to detail and understanding of long sales and delivery processes would be advantageous.
