As the Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our small, but mighty team! 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales: 

Working out of our Christchurch showroom, you will be one of the main sales points of contacts for customers that come into the showroom, or that enquire generally via our various channels, helping the team to hit our monthly sales targets. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. 

Product Knowledge: 

Have a good understanding and passion for Reformer Pilates/the health & wellness industry. Educate clients on the advantages of our products and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our offerings in the market. 

Customer Service: 

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our products, pricing, and services: including but not exclusive to: emails to our 'hello' email address, website enquiries, Facebook & Instagram messages and helping to answer any phone calls to our 0800 number. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to gather feedback, offer assistance, and foster long-term relationships and advocates for our brand.

Order Processing and Logistics: 

Coordinate with the Operations team to process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities & customer interactions using our in-house systems.

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in Sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, fun environment. Passion for fitness/Pilates, and promoting a healthy lifestyle is desirable!

Hours of work: 

Approx. 30 hours per week, during our showroom hours (Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm), with a share of working Saturday morning shifts (9am -12pm).
