Job Description - Sales Development Rep

Our team is driven by passion, creativity, and a shared vision to revolutionise our industry.The Opportunity:As a Sales Development Rep at CONQA, you'll seamlessly blend the roles of a strategic market mapper and outreach rep. You'll build a deep understanding of the construction landscape in New Zealand, you will map the market, identify key players, and craft targeted strategies to grow sustainable business.This role would suit someone who is always keen to put their hand up and get stuck into new things. Opportunities in Marketing, Account Management and Sales are all next steps and we like to get things moving quickly where practicable.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive research to uncover new opportunities, analyse trends, and identify key stakeholders in the construction industry.Build and execute targeted strategies to generate a prospect pipeline that fuels sustainable business growth.Conduct outreach activity to prospects including cold calls, and email outreach sequencesActively contribute to industry events, meetups, and partner forums, enhancing our reputation and building strategic partnerships.What Success Looks Likes:A robust and well-managed portfolio of satisfied customers, leading to increased adoption of CONQA across the construction landscape.A comprehensive map of the construction market with actionable insights that bolster pipeline growth.Strong relationships and a vibrant network within the industry, enhancing CONQA's presence at key events.Who You Are:A master of online research and self-directed learning.Skilled at building relationships quickly through various outreach methods.Eager to build a deep understanding of the construction industry and develop a professional network.Motivated to grow your career within one of the fastest-growing segments of SaaS.We're committed to building an environment where our people thrive.
