Job Description - Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a hunter to join the team to help line up high qualified meetings with our prospective buyers, and work alongside the business to help bring the deal over the line.
  
You will have the tools and resources you need and that will ensure your success in hitting the phone, lining up high qualified meetings and watching them convert into long term clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  
As mentioned above, you will be responsible for lining up high qualified meetings for the business to convert into clients.
  
  • Prospecting and list building
  • Cold calling
    • Cold outbound
    • Previous clients we have not engaged with for some time
    • Inbound cold calling
  • Deal management - Tasks set correctly, confirmation processes in place
  • Attending the meetings you booked alongside the closer
  • Rebooking any cancellations
Requirements
  
We’re looking for the right mindset over anything else, the mindset to do the best you can every day in an environment that allows you to thrive. This is not an easy job, there will be rejections, there will be low connection rates some days, but having the mindset to push through those days will ensure you have a successful, growing career with us, and/or in sales.
  
The only real skill you require is to be coachable, you will be given all you are needed to be successful in this role, we just need one very important ingredient, and that is your will and drive to be successful.
