Company Overview: A leading IT Solutions and Communications provider, serving enterprise and contact centre sectors across New Zealand and Australia.Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a small but dynamic team. This role is pivotal in generating sales qualified leads and opportunities for cloud-based business communications and contact centre applications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.Introduce our cloud-based contact centre solutions from global vendors.Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, building strong relationships.Collaborate with team members and vendor partners to coordinate sales activities.Use CRM software to manage leads and document communications.Stay updated on industry trends and vendor products.Leverage vendor marketing resources to drive lead conversion.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:Proven experience in a phone-based sales role, preferably in software or technology.Familiarity with cloud-based business communications and contact centre applications.Strong track record in lead qualification and prospecting.Exceptional communication skills.Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.Expected Outputs:60-100 attempted contacts per workday.5-12 calls connecting with target prospects.40 conversions to SQLs per month.This is a hybrid office / WFH role.
